LESSON FLOW

Get ready to sweat in this dynamic and powerful interval training class! We combine bursts of high-intensity exercises with short recovery periods to help you burn calories, build strength, and improve endurance.


  • Intervals: Each class blends static and dynamic exercises, repeated several times to help you tone muscles and improve overall strength.

  • Using Weights: We’ll use light dumbbells to enhance muscle-building and boost joint mobility, making everyday movements easier.

  • For All Fitness Levels: Whether you’re just starting or have some experience, the class is easily adjustable. We’ll help you find the right weights and repetitions that fit your comfort and ability.

  • Get Your Heart Pumping: The exercises will raise your heart rate, helping to improve your stamina and burn calories while keeping it fun.

  • Gentle Cool-Down: After the workout, we’ll wind down with soft stretches to relax your muscles and improve flexibility.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Comfortable clothes that do not restrain movement (leggings or yoga pants, sports bra for women, T-shirts or tops)

  • It is preferable to be barefoot during class but socks are possible

  • Water

  • Face towel


We recommend layering, especially in cooler seasons.

Yoga gear will be provided, but feel free to bring your items.
