LESSON FLOW
Our sessions begin with a gentle yoga practice, focusing on breath awareness and gentle movement to release tension and prepare the body for meditation. You'll flow through a series of yoga postures designed to increase flexibility, strength, and balance, all while maintaining a deep connection to the breath.
Following the yoga practice, we transition seamlessly into guided meditation. These meditations are designed to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and cultivate inner peace. You'll be guided through techniques such as mindfulness, visualization, and breath awareness, helping you to develop a greater sense of self-awareness and presence.
