Welcome to our Vinyasa Yoga class, where breath and movement unite in a dynamic and flowing practice. Vinyasa, often referred to as "flow" yoga, synchronizes breath with movement to create a seamless sequence of poses that invigorate the body and calm the mind.

LESSON FLOW

In this class, you'll experience a creative and energizing sequence of yoga postures designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Each class begins with a centering meditation to cultivate mindfulness and awareness of the present moment. You'll then move through a series of Sun Salutations, linking breath with movement as you transition from one pose to the next.

Throughout the practice, emphasis is placed on proper alignment, allowing you to safely explore your edge and deepen your practice. As you flow through the sequences, you'll build heat in the body, detoxify through sweat, and release tension stored in the muscles.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Comfortable clothes that do not restrain movement (leggings or yoga pants, sports bra for women, T-shirts or tops)

  • Water

  • Face towel


We recommend layering, especially in cooler seasons.

Yoga gear will be provided, but feel free to bring your items.
