イベントについて
Welcome to 108 Surya Namaskar event!
Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation, is a sequence of yoga postures that pays homage to the life-giving energy of the sun. As we are about to step into the dawn of a new year, the practice of 108 Surya Namaskars becomes a profound ritual, transcending the boundaries of physical exercise and venturing into the realms of spiritual cleansing and connection to oneself.
Beyond the physical benefits, this practice unfolds as a meditative flow. Each movement, each breath, becomes a sacred dance, fostering mindfulness and presence.
Performing 108 Surya Namaskars symbolizes a harmonious union of mind, body, and spirit, allowing us to shed the old and welcome the new with a sense of balance and tranquility.
