Join our first outdoor event in the serenity of Mt. Tsukuba!

Let’s escape the hustle of daily life and immerse ourselves in a rejuvenating experience at our upcoming yoga and movement retreat in the peaceful Japanese pine forest. Together, we’ll embrace the authentic atmosphere of Mongolian culture, soak in the much-needed tranquillity, move, unwind, and recharge. We’ll laugh, chat, play in the evening, and wake up the next day to fresh mountain air and the soothing sounds of nature.

  • Shared accommodation in charming Mongolian traditional houses (yurts), offering a cosy, authentic experience. 
  • Relaxing surroundings where we can truly unwind and connect with nature.
  • A BBQ dinner under the stars, filled with laughter and good company.
  • Nourishing Mongolian breakfasts to kickstart our days with energy.
  • Yoga and dance sessions guided by our fantastic studio instructors.
  • Evening meditations to help us find our inner calm.
  • Early morning hike followed by a serene meditation session.

15:30-16:45 Yoga practice

17:00-18:15 Movement practice

Day 2

6:15 Morning hike, pranayama, outdoor meditation

7:15-8:30 Yoga practice

9:00 Breakfast

11:00 Check-out

Please note that the time of activities may change slightly depending on weather conditions and the pace of the retreat events. Nevertheless, rest assured that you will thoroughly enjoy this event!

WHAT TO BRING

  • Comfortable clothes for yoga and movement practices
  • Pajama
  • Set of clothes if you need to change them in the morning
  • Comfortable shoes for a short walk in the mountain forest
  • Towels (for the shower, etc.)
  • Insect repellent
  • Items you need for your hygiene, etc.

(We will not take responsibility for the loss of personal items)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

* The retreat fee includes shared accommodation, movement activities, BBQ, breakfast, tea and snacks, evening activities (including meditation), and a morning hike with meditation.

* Transportation costs are not included.

* Participants will be sharing a yurt (4-5 people per yurt)

* Yoga mats, blankets, herbal tea, and some snacks will be provided by us.

* Alcohol isn’t included, but there’s a vending machine on-site if you wish to buy some.

* Toilets and bathrooms are located in the main building of the site. Yurts do not have private toilets.

* The site does not have thermal water, outdoor baths, etc.
