Get ready for a twisty good time! 🌪️
Join Zhenya for a Play Time class dedicated to waist-slimming, hips-squeezing, and soul-refreshing twists. This class will be in the Power Vinyasa style, but will have a little extra zip: we will moving at a brisk pace to get the body feeling warm, light, and energized. Well, maybe a little tired at the end.
It`s not a regular class — no lesson packs, no hands-on adjustments, just a fun flow where you’re in charge of your own pace. Feel free to modify as needed and take breaks whenever you like.
Wear your stretchiest, most comfortable clothes, and let’s twist away the tension together! 🌀✨
