About the event

We are thrilled to announce our Headstands Workshop, crafted to empower participants of all levels. This workshop is designed to introduce beginners to the science behind this exhilarating inversion practice, while offering seasoned practitioners insight into the art of its various expressions. Our experienced instructor will guide you through foundational techniques and advanced variations, ensuring that everyone feels included and supported.

We will begin the workshop with a targeted warm-up to engage key muscles to support your body weight effectively, promoting core strength, and shoulder stability, and also to secure safety. You will learn the preparatory drills that will help you cultivate self-assurance in your practice, and understand classic forms of headstands and their safe execution. If you have been practicing headstands, feel welcome to explore other creative entries and/or transitions. While the main point of the practice is to foster the profound connection between breath, movement, and focus, our instructor will make sure that all participants benefit from individualized attention and feedback that will help everyone refine their technique and prevent injury.
