Designed to help you release tension and find inner peace, our class will guide you through gentle, restorative poses that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Let go of your worries as you sink into deep stretches and soothing breathwork, allowing your body and mind to fully unwind.

LESSON FLOW

  • Centering and Grounding Practice: Begin the class by cultivating a mindful connection with your body and breath. Engage in gentle mental exercises and grounding techniques to foster a sense of inner calm and stability, allowing you to be fully present in the moment.

  • Warm-Up: Practice gentle muscle toning and soft stretches to ease into the practice. Focus on releasing tension in the neck, shoulders, and spine, preparing both physically and mentally for the practice ahead.

  • Main Flow: Move through a series of restorative postures, integrating mindful breath. In this class we will emphasize relaxation and softness in each asana by using various yoga props, like bolsters, blocks, and straps, to encourage flexibility and the release of built-up stress, while maintaining a slow and steady pace. Focus on quieting the mind and body, allowing for a seamless transition into deeper stretches and, then, the final relaxation stage.

  • Preparation for Relaxation: Prepare for deep relaxation with calming stretches and breathwork.

  • Relaxation: Conclude the class with a long, guided relaxation in a comfortable position. Fully surrender, focusing on the breath and allowing the body to absorb the benefits of the practice, cultivating a deep sense of peace and rejuvenation.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Comfortable clothes that do not restrain movement (leggings or yoga pants, sports bra for women, T-shirts or tops)

  • Water

  • Face towel


We recommend layering, especially in cooler seasons.

Yoga gear will be provided, but feel free to bring your items.


IMPORTANT

Please refrain from chewing gum, and wearing any type of jewelry and wristwatch during your practice. Please also set your mobile phone to silent mode.
